WW2 British army wristwatch by Moeris in as found condition. The wristwatch is in good working order and keeps good time over a twenty four hour period, it does gain a few minutes in that time but there is adjustment on the movement if required also the watch has had a new main spring fitted. The wristwatch is in as found condition with no restoration so it does show some age related wear on the hands and the dial is a little dis-coloured but nothing that causes me concern, it is as found. The diameter of the watch not including the winder is 33mm which is a good size for this type of watch, the case of the watch also still retains its plated finish which is rare to find on a A.T.P wristwatch most has suffered a lot of plate lose. The movement in the wristwatch is fully signed for Moeris with 15 jewels and a calibration mark of ten and a half, the markings on the back of the case are correct for the period as stated. The wristwatch will be supplied with the green NATO style band as per the photograph, please see the photographs for further detail.
